Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise team members, manage orders, ensure food safety, and drive sales while maintaining EBITDA targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant GM experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time, on-site role with no travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (10 hours) on any given day and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including supervision of store team members, taking, preparing and delivering guest orders, and cleaning and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
• Effectively implements, maintains, and corrects processes to ensure operational excellence per Marco’s standards.
• Ensure food safety practices that comply with regulations.
• Establish and strive to meet store weekly sales goals, service times, and guest experience goals.
• Review store Profit & Loss Statements and use data to drive EBITDA growth.
• Maintain current data in corporate systems including POS, Inventory IQ, Marco’s University Online, and personnel data.
• Recruit and interview applicants to select the best fit.
• Train and coach store team members to ensure product quality and a 5-Star guest experience.

• Maintains current and accurate data in all corporate systems to include Point of Sale, Inventory IQ, Marco’s University Online, and personnel data.


• Recruits and successfully interviews applicants to select only the best fit and qualified candidates.


• Trains and coaches store team members in all Marco’s procedures to ensure product quality and a 5-Star Guest experience every time.


• Lead and model Marco’s cultural beliefs creating employer of choice experiences to ensure team members feel valued, appreciated, and set up for success.

Job Requirements include:

• 1 year of restaurant general management experience with demonstrable success


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day


• Need to be able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
