Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, lead day-to-day staff management, and embody the brand and hotel as its ambassador. You will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a strong hotel management background with a passion for service, capable of building high-performing teams and driving profitability through effective oversight

• F&B experience is a plus.
• Strong and successful Owner Relations partnerships.

JOB SUMMARY

The General manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, day-to-day staff management and guests. He / She should be an ambassador for the brand and hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of DHM service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success. You have a strong hotel management background and an obvious passion for the hospitality industry. Your passion for service is contagious and you are a natural coach that loves to build effective teams and inspires individuals to do their best.
• Enable innovation and drive results. You execute successful sales and marketing campaigns, understand dynamic revenue management, and can drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls.

The Hotel may consider equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below, when applicable
