Job summary

Our Client in Maryland's cannabis sector is expanding and seeks an experienced Retail GM to lead a high-volume store. You’ll own day-to-day performance, drive sales and customer experience, and oversee a large retail team.

You’ll be a hands-on leader balancing people, performance and compliance in a fast-paced environment that requires strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven GM or senior retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong track record leading, coaching, and developing large teams.
• Metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance.
• Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on leader who balances people, performance and compliance.
