Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across the bakery.
• Monitor store performance and align with KPIs.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans.
• Maintain brand standards in quality, service, and presentation.
• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations for consistency and efficiency.
• Train and coach franchisees and staff on operational excellence and service standards.
• Conduct regular store evaluations and provide improvement feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management to minimize waste.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve per brand values.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and R&D on new initiatives.
• Execute corporate promotions and local store marketing efforts.
• Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to franchisees and corporate.

• Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values
• Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives
• Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of successful bakery management history, experiences with bread a plus
