Job summary

Burtons Grill, LLC in Mansfield, MA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, inspire a team, and ensure top-tier dining experiences across front and back of house.

The role requires 2+ years as GM in upscale casual, strong food-safety knowledge, and ability to coach staff. ServSafe and Allergy Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+.
• Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience.
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification
