K Sports Complex is a 75,000 square foot indoor sports facility located in Manassas, Virginia, serving Prince William County and the surrounding Northern Virginia region. The facility features four multi-sport courts and two turf fields, hosting youth and adult leagues, recreational programs, camps, and tournaments year-round.

We are home to the Lil' Kickers youth soccer development franchise and a growing portfolio of internal leagues and programs. Our facility serves a passionate and diverse sports community of Prince William County.

K Sports Complex is privately owned and operated, with a focus on building programs and experiences that serve the community for the long term.

About the Role

We are looking for an operator and builder — someone who can run a high-functioning sports complex day-to-day while growing a portfolio of internal programs, camps, and community events. The facility, the market, and the customer base are in place. We need the right person to build on that foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations — scheduling, staff management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer experience standards
• Manage rental relationships and handle customer communications and conflict resolution

Program Development & Growth

• Build, launch, and operate internal youth and adult leagues, camps, clinics, and seasonal programs
• Own summer camp programming end-to-end — design, enrollment, staffing, execution, and reporting
• Develop auxiliary and community revenue programs that drive facility traffic and generate revenue during off-peak hours
• Drive enrollment through community outreach, school and club relationships, and local marketing

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Execute social media and email campaigns to drive registrations and facility awareness
• Represent the facility at community events and build relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizations
• Engage the Hispanic/Latino soccer community in Prince William County — a key segment of our customer base

Business Performance

• Track and report program revenue, enrollment, and facility utilization metrics
• Manage program budgets and work with ownership on quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years in sports facility management, recreational program operations, event management, hospitality, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated track record of building or growing a program, league, event series, or community initiative
• Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; this role is highly relationship-driven
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends — our primary operational hours

Preferred

• Experience planning and running youth summer camps — enrollment, staffing, daily operations, and family communication
• Background in event management or hospitality (hotel, venue, or guest experience operations)
• Experience developing auxiliary or community revenue programs that leverage existing facility traffic
• Background in soccer, futsal, or youth recreational league management
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not a requirement)
• Familiarity with the Prince William County / Northern Virginia market
• Experience with online registration platforms such as TeamSnap or LeagueApps

Compensation

• $75,000 – $90,000 base, commensurate with experience
• Performance bonus based on program revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
