The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable McDonald’s franchise-owned restaurant and ensuring it meets the company’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role involves setting restaurant goals, developing plans to achieve those goals, and leading a team of Department Managers to improve overall performance.

Duties

• Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with leadership.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, providing coaching, direction, and performance oversight.
• Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong, future-ready team.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all departments.
• Coordinate with franchise leaders to support restaurant operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager experience running high-volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Background in hospitality or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
