Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. You will drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure regulatory compliance across daily store activities.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling experience, and the ability to coach a large team while delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. Local scheduling and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail management or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.

Role Summary

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience


• Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees


• Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion


• Able to communicate in conversational Englishtowork effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer,scanner, printer,etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices

• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies


• Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces


• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices


• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)


• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position


• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

Work Schedule

45+hours weeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
