O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a seasoned Distribution Center Operations Leader to oversee all DC activities, including transportation, inventory, customer service, and cost controls. You will guide safety, efficiency, and team development to deliver reliable service to stores and customers.
The role requires a minimum of 6 years in DC/logistics with at least 3 years in leadership, strong budgeting skills, and experience with WMS/TMS systems.
Responsible for leading all aspects of distribution center operations, including customer service, inventory management, financial performance, operational efficiency, safety, and team member development. Oversees daily warehouse and transportation activities to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective service to stores while maintaining compliance with O’Reilly policies and operational standards. Provides strategic leadership to drive productivity, continuous improvement, accountability, and a high-performance culture throughout the distribution center.
