Job summary

Culver’s in Lansing, MI is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and lead a team of dedicated crew members. You will schedule shifts, empower your team to grow, and ensure every guest leaves happy with top-notch hospitality and service.

The General Manager will drive P&L reporting, maintain food safety standards, and coach staff to deliver consistent, high-quality meals and experiences that reflect Culver’s commitment to guests and culture.
