GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You'll drive sales and profitability, foster accountability, develop future leaders, and ensure every guest receives the Wingstop experience our brand promises. This is a key leadership role shaping culture and growth, with focus on safety, training, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

GENERAL MANAGER

Physical Requirements
