GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, build a high‑performing team, and deliver the Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, drive sales, and protect brand standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, developing future leaders, ensuring food safety, controlling costs, and delivering outstanding guest service. You’ll work with the District Manager to meet restaurant and company goals.

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at GDLP Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
