Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. You’ll drive sales and guest satisfaction, coach leaders, and uphold food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with district leadership to achieve restaurant and company goals, while developing future leaders and maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a restaurant.
• Strong organizational and financial skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at GDLP Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
