Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a club operations leader to drive the overall performance of our Johnston location. You will oversee profitability, asset management, and member satisfaction while guiding departments from Membership Sales to Maintenance.

Lead by example in our culture and collaborate with heads of each department to hire top talent. Expect a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth, benefit-rich perks, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, and staff development.
• Maintain managerial oversight for Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance; communicate with department heads regularly.
• Model The Edge’s mission, values, and culture; hold employees accountable to the company spirit.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring staff for the club.

What You'll DO

• You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
• You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
• You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge
• You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club
