Crunch Fitness is seeking a proactive Club General Manager to lead a high-energy team at one of our rapidly expanding clubs. With over 45 locations and more growth planned, this role focuses on revenue growth, team development, and excellent member experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive local outreach, and build a high-performing sales environment in a dynamic fitness setting. We prize a competitive, outgoing, and organized leader who communicates well and motivates others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years managing a team of 7–10 employees.
• Record of driving revenue growth in a retail/fitness setting.
• Experience hiring, training and developing a sales team.
