Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Houston, TX seeks an experienced General Manager to drive guest experience, people leadership, and profitability in a fast-paced wine bar/restaurant concept.

You will coach store leadership, recruit and develop talent, uphold brand standards, and partner with marketing and Ops to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER ROLE

As a General Manager your goal is to achieve desired company results with guests, employees, and financials through company aligned objectives and processes.

Requirements

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
