Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Hendersonville, TN is seeking an experienced General Manager who leads by example and ensures an extraordinary guest experience. This role demands sincere hospitality, professional appearance, and strong team guidance in a high-volume setting.

The GM will oversee the full operation, drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling and inventory, and develop both management and hourly staff while upholding high food quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume, full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• Warm, passionate and committed to the industry.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure.

This position offers a competitive total compensation range between $100,000-$110,000. The stronger the restaurant performs, the greater your total earning potential.

We are searching for an experienced General Manager who is hardworking and passionate for the hospitality industry. This individual must be an example of sincere hospitality to the team members and guests, making certain everyone is being well taken care of and having an extraordinary experience. This individual must always maintain a professional appearance and supportive manner - as our General Managers lead by example and maintain an important presence in the dining room.
