Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking an experienced General Manager who leads by example with sincere hospitality to guests and team members. The role requires maintaining professional appearance and a strong presence in the dining room to ensure exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities span full restaurant operation, guest satisfaction, menu adherence, financial performance, scheduling, inventory, and staff development, with extensive training and growth opportunities at this notable brand.

• 2+ years high-volume, full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.

Overview

This position offers a competitive total compensation range between $110,000-$120,000. The stronger the restaurant performs, the greater your total earning potential.

We are searching for an experienced General Manager who is hardworking and passionate for the hospitality industry. This individual must be an example of sincere hospitality to the team members and guests, making certain everyone is being well taken care of and having an extraordinary experience. This individual must always maintain a professional appearance and supportive manner - as our General Managers lead by example and maintain an important presence in the dining room.
