Job summary

Trulieve in Florida seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, manage inventory, and drive customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise 40+ employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Area Manager to deliver strong sales while maintaining brand integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to train and develop a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality. Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs and inform employees of changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
• Provide coaching and development to the team.

ROLESUMMARY

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTs

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces

WORKSCHEDULE

45+hours weeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
