preferably in Fast Casual or Quick ServiceProven leadership experience managing high-performing teamsExperience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance managementStrong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L managementFood Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel occasionally for meetings or training
