Position: General Manager

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, driving sales, and leading a passionate team. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the success of the studio as we continue to build our brand and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the studio, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies and community outreach.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales associates and Flexologists, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Monitor studio performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins to ensure team alignment and growth.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the overall client experience and promote membership retention.
  • Ensure the studio maintains cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management and reporting.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Interest in using AI-driven tools to enhance studio operations and improve client service is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

At StretchLab, we believe in rewarding our General Managers for their hard work and leadership. Our compensation package is designed to offer financial stability, growth opportunities, and valuable perks to support your well-being and professional development.

  • Base Salary:$52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Bonus Potential:Earn up to$30,000 annuallythrough our performance-based bonus structure, tied to key business metrics such as year-over-year growth, membership draft growth, and labor cost control.

Commission Structure:

  • Personal Sales:10% commission on the first month of any recurring membership
  • Personal Pack Sales:5% commission on package sales
  • Monthly Studio Performance Commissionopportunities
