Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Decatur, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will coach staff, uphold compliance, and promote brand loyalty through exceptional service.

The role includes hands-on coaching, executive exposure, and comprehensive training with growth potential across the brand family. Competitive hourly pay and performance bonuses are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role in retail/finance/service.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; mileage paid.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to meet physical demands (standing up to 90% of the time; move up to 25 pounds).

Compensation

This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses.

The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

What We're Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
