Culver’s in Fox Lake, Illinois is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires energizing leadership, a focus on people development, and ownership of restaurant success.

As General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant’s success. You’ll lead by example, create a positive team culture, and make sure every guest receives the experience they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for food quality and guest service
