Job summary

Camping World is seeking a General Manager for our growing team in Indiana, USA. You will oversee all phases of dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability in a customer-centric environment.

You’ll lead a quality sales team, drive innovative sales strategies, manage inventory, and own P&L with budget discipline while fostering safety and staff development for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is helpful, but we will consider applicable work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing a profit center.
• Coach, mentor and develop others as demonstrated by previous management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Act in a professional manner while effectively handling problems and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Use and apply independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long-term issues.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $150,000 - $275,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
