You'll:Lead the day-to-day operations of the location, including sales, service, parts, and administrationManage store performance and profitability, including reviewing monthly P&L results and identifying opportunities for improvementEstablish and work toward sales and service goals for vehicles and adaptive mobility equipmentLead daily store meetings to keep departments informed, organized, and working toward common goalsRecruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employeesConduct performance evaluations and establish short- and long-term development goalsEnsure employees understand and follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and required certificationsManage vehicle, product, and parts inventoryOversee CRM activity and lead management while coaching the sales team toward stronger performance and exceptional customer servicePartner with Regional and Corporate leadership on staffing, operations, and company initiativesMaintain a professional, safe, clean, and welcoming location for employees and customersThe position description also includes responsibility for trade-in appraisals, corporate reporting, CRM oversight, inventory management, and assisting with Mobility Consultant duties when needed.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a leader who can balance people, performance, and purpose. The right candidate will be organized, approachable, accountable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.Qualifications include:High school diploma required; additional education is a plus3–5 years of management experience or senior-level industry experienceAt least 1–2 years of CRM experienceAt least 2 years of experience managing sales, service, and support employeesValid driver's licenseStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and peopleProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookA collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills General Manager Revised 6.22The Kind of Leader Who Thrives HereYou don't have to know everything on day one.
