Overview

Provides the leadership, direction and support to Unit Managers, Chefs and employees in the successful operation of the restaurant. Performs duties as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager.

Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Experience: 2-4 years of general management in casual dining with full service bar
• Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills
