Responsibilities include:

• Direction of all management team and hourly staff.
• In charge of day-to-day operations and growth
• Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with managers and weekly P&L.
• Accomplishes restaurant recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
