NEXDINE Hospitality seeks a General Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee daily operations of a Senior Living unit. You will drive financial and operational performance, manage staff development, and ensure top-level client satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role emphasizes culinary leadership, catering oversight, vendor relations, and strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards with accountability for payroll and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, culinary school certificate or degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in a Senior Living General Manager Role.
• ServSafe Certification
• Choke Safety Certification
• Allergen Awareness Certification (MA)
• CDM

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Chef Manager and hourly staff in menu writing, cost control, food production, and presentation.
• Oversee catering operations and assist the catering team as needed.
• Manage vendor and client relationships and oversee supplies, equipment and work areas.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Lead payroll processing and unit financials; generate P&L and financial reports.
