Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha East/Council Bluffs, IA seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive financial results, and maintain service excellence. You’ll oversee sales strategies, budgeting, and guest satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state
