Company Overview: TheMilVet is partnered with a major Fortune 500 home services organization in North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone coming out of a heavy services‑based industry such as HVAC, roofing, siding, windows, electrical, or plumbing.

Role Overview: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day‑to‑day operations. The GM drives growth, performance metrics, creates workplace culture, and develops all staff and management.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full operating P&L for a specific geography in the continental U.S.
• Hire and manage business leaders within the company.
• Partner with peer GMs to share best practices across the platform.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and partner services teams to drive organic growth.
