Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a General Manager to oversee Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising at the facilities. You will drive the long-term strategy with the Market Unit President and meet annual operating budgets.

You will communicate with customers, distributors, and franchise partners to ensure service reliability and strong end-to-end supply chain practices while fostering safety and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience and 7+ years of leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 15+ years of specific experience and 9+ years of leadership.

Position Responsibilities

• The General Manager oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for their facility, ensuring performance goals are met and working with the Market Unit President to drive business results
• As the General Manager, you will lead the execution of the company’s long‑term strategy and achieve the annual operating plan and budget
• You will communicate and collaborate with customers, franchise partners, and distributors to ensure service reliability and accuracy
• You will ensure alignment of cross‑functional team plans and strategies, and maintain strong end‑to‑end supply chain practices
• You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and address emerging business needs to enhance operational results
• You will leverage consumer insights and innovation strategies to drive market opportunities, improve margins, and generate business growth
• You will manage talent attraction, development, and retention, and collaborate with HR on labor relations and performance management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 15 plus years of specific experience and 9 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree
