Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the local HR team with record administration, policy guidance, compliance, and employee relations across all levels of the organization.

The role includes assisting with compensation, benefits, and training programs, driving HR compliance initiatives, and engaging in investigations and interviews. A Bachelor’s degree with hands-on HR experience is preferred, with a Master’s degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience, or HS diploma with 5–7+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and policy interpretation.
• Experience administering compensation, benefits, and training programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge, engage in HR workstream projects, and support employee engagement through interviews and investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned
