Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) Limited in Upstate New York is seeking a Commercially driven General Manager to own P&L for a precision manufacturing and engineering business serving aerospace customers. You will oversee CNC machining, grinding, and high-volume production with a focus on profitability and growth.

You will lead capital investments, drive Lean manufacturing, and build high-performing teams while expanding capacity and strengthening customer relationships for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as a General Manager, Plant Manager or Operations Director within precision manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC machining, grinding, tight tolerances and engineered components.
• Proven success improving manufacturing performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Experience leading capital investment, equipment upgrades or production expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial ownership and hands-on leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

As the General Manager your responsibilities will include
