Job summary

Ladybird Taco in Charlotte is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Texas-inspired taco shops. You will oversee both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budgeted labor and food costs.

The role requires 5+ years of restaurant management, experience in fast casual environments, and strong leadership. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities within our collaborative culture.

• 5+ years’ experience in restaurant management
• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
• Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
• Experience in managing P&L and COGS, executing within a budget, decision making, process improvement (lean, six sigma, EOS), labor management/scheduling, training & team development, and food quality assurance
• Experience in ensuring safe food handling at a large scale
• Manager’s Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager’s Certification)
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage + labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
• Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
