4412 Capitola-41st McDonald’s, a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a General Manager in Capitola, CA. You’ll lead all restaurant operations, guest experience, food production, and direct crew and management staff.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management, inventory planning and budgeting, food ordering, and ensuring food safety and guest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Background in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work

To be a successful General Manager, you’ll need:

• HSD or GED preferred;
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members);
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service;

• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; and
