Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager in Canal Winchester, OH to oversee all people and operations at the Wendy’s restaurant. You will create a fun, inviting work environment and model Wendy’s core values daily.

You and your leadership team will drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant. You will manage P&L to control costs and identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement.

What you'll do

This is your Wendy’s.

As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operation for your Wendy’s restaurant. We’re counting on you to create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment and to model Wendy’s core values every day.

You and your leadership team will work together to create a culture of consistency and performance to drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team. You run the show, and you’ll be responsible for managing the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying areas of opportunity in revenue growth, customer service and process improvement.

Pay Range: $54,500.00 - $82,000.00 Hr.
