Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a cafeteria operations leader to manage overall cafe performance from open to close. You will drive cost control, quality, and sanitation while leading a team of staff to deliver high standards of service.

The role requires 3–5 years of upscale food service experience, including management, with strong supervisory and coaching abilities. This position is with Flik, a member of Compass Group USA.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years upscale food service experience, including two years at the management level.
• Supervising, scheduling, training, management & coaching skills.
• Knowledge of basic work area operations, company and client policies and procedures.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and operation of food service equipment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.

Job Summary
