Flik Hospitality Group in Denver seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead cafe operations. The role involves hiring, supervising, training, and coaching associates, planning and executing events, and ensuring sanitation and budget adherence.

You will manage cafe operations and contribute to continuous improvements. Qualified candidates typically hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years in food service or related fields; proficiency in MS Office and cash handling is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• ServSafe or DH Certification preferred.

Responsibilities
