Responsibilities include directing daily operations, mentoring the local team, maintaining maintenance and housekeeping standards, and delivering strong profitability while retaining property owners.

Qualifications

• Significant professional hospitality experience with boutique hotels, premium resorts, or private clubs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and oversee meticulous asset maintenance and housekeeping standards.
• Strong leadership capabilities characterized by a collaborative, people-first approach.
• Proficient with logistics, scheduling, staff management, and hospitality operational systems.
• Willingness to relocate to the High Desert area with an authentic appreciation for the local lifestyle.
• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
• Performance Bonus: Target of $5,000 annually based on profitability and portfolio metrics, with flexibility for performance-driven discussions.
