General Manager – Palm Harbor Homes

The Retail General Manager is responsible for the entire operation of a retail sales location, leading the sales process, developing people, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of sales consultants, office managers, and support staff to achieve sales center profitability, customer satisfaction, and referral generation.
• Provide positive leadership in implementing and adhering to the Cavco sales system and operating principles.
