LAKE ARTHUR COUNTRY CLUB INC is looking for a motivated candidate to manage our Pro Shop and oversee the Bar/Grill. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to golfing clients, organizing golf outings and charitable tournaments, and promoting our banquet facilities for events such as weddings and parties.

The ideal candidate should have management experience, event planning skills, and familiarity with golf course operations. Human resource duties include hiring and training team members.

Lake Arthur Golf Course is seeking candidates who will manage our Pro Shop, oversee the Bar/Grill providing exceptional service for golfing clients. The candidate will also manage golf outings, charitable tournaments, league groups, golf programs as well as promoting our banquet facilities for other events such as weddings, parties etc. The Candidate must be motivated, organized and efficient in management responsibilities. We would prefer that the candidate is familiar with event planning and some golf course experience. Manager will have human resource responsibilities such as hiring, training and development of the team. Inventory management and profit control is expected. The candidate will also have knowledge and involvement with the course management team. We are a family owned (since 1974) 18 holes public course. We are well established and take pride in our service to the golf course community.
