Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and generate new business
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative interior landscaping solutions
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
• Lead, mentor, and support field technicians to ensure service excellence
• Develop and implement training programs to strengthen technical and customer service skills
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused team culture
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and inventory management
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing in partnership with accounting
• Prepare performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement
