SERVPRO of Buckeye seeks a General Manager to coordinate daily operations of the franchise, hire and develop staff, and ensure top quality service that encourages referrals.

You will lead multiple teams, develop annual plans and budgets, and maintain strong communication with customers and clients while upholding safety standards. This role rewards strategic leadership and tangible results in a growing restoration environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus.
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
