Job summary

SERVPRO of Buckeye is seeking a General Manager to coordinate and oversee daily franchise operations in Buckeye, AZ. You will hire, train, and develop the team, ensuring customers receive top-quality work and are eager to refer us to others.

You will lead multiple divisions, drive annual budgets and business plans, and mentor managers while maintaining safety and quality across restoration and construction projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• IICRC WRT/ ASD certifications preferred.
• Experience in restoration industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred
• 5+ years of management experience
• At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
• IICRC certifications - WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
