SA Recycling in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead multiple departments including Commercial Sales, Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Transportation. You will drive profitability with P&L oversight and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a safety- and quality-focused culture.
The role requires a strong background in ferrous and nonferrous processing, leadership of a unionized workforce, and bilingual capabilities.

We are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a General Manager (GM), in southern TX. You will be expected to achieve positive results in all departments, including Commercial Sales, Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Transportation. Ferrous and nonferrous processing experience are required in this position.

Equipment & Tools: Office equipment, general tools, and training with mobile equipment
Physical Demand Level: Light to Moderate,
Work Capacity: Lifting & carrying 35lb loads, head turning, bending.
Sensory Demands: Hearing, vision, smell, touch and taste
Hand Movements: Repetitive motions, typing
