Wingstop in Bethlehem Township, PA is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant.

The GM will hire, train and develop hourly team members, drive guest satisfaction, manage food and labor costs, and grow sales and profits. The role requires at least 4 years of restaurant management and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site position.

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must hire, train, and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor.
