Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a quick service restaurant with emphasis on guest service, hiring, training, the P&L and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and the initiative to think independently and communicate effectively. Background in HotSchedules/4th, Paycom or Micros is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Seeking strong leaders with hospitality passion and ability to lead P&L.
• Experience with guest service, hiring, training, scheduling.
• Knowledge of restaurant software is a plus (HotSchedules/4th, Paycom, Micros).
