The General Manager oversees the hotel's operations, including sales, marketing, and financial performance, ensuring all departments meet company standards. This role is responsible for managing physical assets, budgeting, guest satisfaction, and staff development while driving revenue and profitability.

Primarily an indoor role, with frequent interaction in guest areas, front-of-house, and back-of-house departments. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods while overseeing hotel operations. Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or corporate events.
