Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or restaurant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain strong restaurant teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including food cost, labor cost, payroll, sales forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience reviewing P&L statements and developing action plans to improve results.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and operational controls.
• Strong track record of maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while creating a positive work environment.
• Ability to lead from the floor and remain hands-on during high-volume periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment requirements.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume restaurant leadership experience
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with local store marketing
• Catering sales and business development experience
• Strong history of improving sales, labor, food cost, and overall restaurant profitability
• Experience building a strong management bench and developing future leaders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate the restaurant like your own business
