1. At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, late-night, upscale bar or lounge environment.
2. Strong bartending background with the ability to manage order and guest flow during peak times.
3. In-depth knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine products, with an appreciation for craft cocktails.
4. Passion for customer service, leadership, and fostering teamwork during busy hours.
5. Ability to work late nights (bar closes at 2am) and weekends.
6. Effective in developing and maintaining professional relationships with guests and staff.
7. Oversee monthly inventories and ensure bar costs are within budgeted percentages.
8. Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow policies.
9. Alpharetta city alcohol serving license required.
